This Policy broadly describes the practices we have adopted
This page describes the methods of managing the site with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. The processing is always based on principles of lawfulness and fairness in compliance with all current regulations, and appropriate security measures are adopted to protect the data.
This privacy policy is also provided as a brief notice pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR 679/2016 European Regulation on privacy, as well as pursuant to the Provision on cookies no. 229 of May 8, 2014. We wish to inform visitors to the site about the use of the data entered and the cookies used by the site itself. The notice is also provided pursuant to Recommendation no. 2/2001 adopted by the Working Group established by Art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC to those who interact with the web services of this site, for the purpose of protecting personal data, accessible electronically from the address: by using any of our services and/or accepting this Notice, for example when registering for one of our services, you consent to the collection and use of Personal Information as described in this Notice.
This Policy broadly describes the practices we have adopted.
1) Personal information we collect.
On every occasion of contact or interaction with the visitor, we may collect personal information such as First Name, Last Name, Phone, Email.
2) Information we collect from third parties
During navigation, standard access information and details of visitor behavior patterns are collected to obtain information such as, for example, the number of visitors to the different sections of the site. We collect this information in ways that do not allow the identification of individuals. We do not in any way attempt to discover the identity of visitors to our website and we do not associate any data collected through the site with any information, from any source, that could identify an individual.
3) Purpose of processing
The processing of data is aimed at the following purposes:
to the management of customer relations and the sending (with prior written consent) of offers regarding our services via email or telephone contact.

The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment.
This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information about the use of the site and to check its correct functioning, and is deleted immediately after processing.
The data may also be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

The Data Controller guarantees the security, confidentiality, and protection of the data in their possession, at every stage of the processing process.
The data collected is used in compliance with the current privacy regulations (GDPR 679/2016).
5) PLACE OF PROCESSING
The data will be processed by the data controller at their registered office and operational headquarters.
6) NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
The data is processed for the sending of commercial and promotional information.
7) REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA
The data subject may refuse to provide their browsing data to the Data Controller.
To do this, you must disable it by following the instructions provided by your browser.
Disabling cookies may worsen the navigation of the site's features.
8) DATA RECIPIENTS
No data resulting from the web service (i.e., the aforementioned browsing data and cookies) is communicated or disclosed (except for communication to judicial or police authorities if necessary).
The data is processed by personnel specifically appointed in writing for data processing (administrative staff and those in charge of public relations, including those external to the Company, staff responsible for managing information systems, including those external to the Company who may also act as system administrators and are in such cases appointed as such, marketing staff including those external to the Company, interns, data controllers and their collaborators, staff assigned to the specific sector to which a request is addressed, staff responsible for managing the website including those external to the Company) only if the processing is necessary for the performance of their duties, carrying out only the operations necessary for the performance of those duties.
They may also be processed by data processors (including companies external to the Company that carry out shipping, marketing, and server management and storage activities).
External companies may also process the data through specifically appointed representatives in writing, who may carry out the same activities and process the data for the same purposes for which the data controllers have been appointed by the Punta Stilo Association.
The data provided by the user may be communicated to parties for whom there is a legal obligation to communicate or a necessity to communicate in order to assert a legitimate right of the company before the competent authorities;

The Data is processed for the time necessary to carry out the service requested by the User, or required by the purposes described in this document AND IN ANY CASE NOT BEYOND 31 12 2021
The User may always, at any time, request the interruption of the Processing or the deletion and/or limitation of the Data.
10) DATA TRANSFER
The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations.
11) WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
With reference to art. 6 of GDPR 679/16, the data subject may withdraw consent at any time.
12) RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS.

13) FILING A COMPLAINT
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the state of residence.
14) AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES
The Data Controller does not carry out processing that consists of automated decision-making processes
